Hello Phil,

Have you tried Google Chrome? If you haven't it might save you from having to fire up your old PC.

thanks anyway.
no frames involved - totally vanilla use of the calendar. Checked the CSS shown in the style editor of Firefox webdev on both machines and they look identical (174 rules shown). I'll just have to fire up the other pc when I need to print!

Hi Phil,
That's hard to say. I still believe the most likely problem is that the styles are not refreshed.
Do you maybe display the calendar in a frame or an iframe? If so, then just ctrl F5 is not enough, but the (i)frame contents should be refreshed (Firefox: right click in frame - This frame > Reload frame).

Hi Roel
I've restarted the PC (Win 10) cleared the browser cache tried ctl F5 on the upcoming events page none of which has changed anything. The good news from your point of view is that I have tried another PC with the same printer and it works fine!!
Any suggestions about fixing the problem would however be appreciated.

Hi Phil,

I tried to reproduce this problem, but when I press the Print button on the Upcoming Events page, my printed report looks normal.
It surprises me, because nothing changed related to neither the Upcoming Events page, nor to the Print function.
Could you please try again, but before printing, reload/refresh the Upcoming Events page in your browser, just to be sure that the latest style sheet is loaded.

After installing the latest version 4.6.0M I am having problems printing the upcoming events report. Using Firefox I get an enormous font and the two page report comes out as 15 pages - rather unreadable! Using Edge I get the normal sized text but I can only get the first page of the report. This report worked properly with the previous release and I haven't changed the Firefox version.   
Help please as it's the one print out we use regularly
