Ja - der er en Dansker bag fansitet. Denne fantastiske kalender fortjener en fansite.
Jeg skifter lige til et mere udbredt sprog :
A tip - when showing upcoming events for one or more categories, the displays is really good.

I assume you have installed version 4.7.1 (the version I released yesterday). If not, I would strongly suggest to upgrade. Both the MySQL and the SQLite version can easily cope with a few thousand users per hour! So, no need to worry

I did. Thank you.
Well. I'll see how it goes. But I am very excited to see this simple but very efficient calendar. I do not like to use Google Calendar or Facebook Calendar or the like. I do like to have fully control over my data. Maybe you could get even more users if you try and "sell" the idea to those leaving Facebook/Google. That there is an alternative.

Please note that only users with Manager rights (or Admin rights) can approve events. Events that are not yet approved are only visible to the event owner and users with Manager or Admin rights.
I hope you will enjoy the calendar.

Hi Roel,
Thanks for replying.
I do enjoy the calendar! I hope you will continue with the updates.
Btw.. How well do you think luxcal will scale/perform with more visitors than just one? I am planning to use luxcal as the main activity-calendar for my small town (980 citizens). But is that even realistic with a good shared host? I dont expect that all 980 will visit at the same time. But more like 20 at peak.
All the best,

Ah! Bingo! Thank you. So I just need to edit one of my cats and set the events to be approved.
Og tak, formoder der er en dansker bag dette fine fanmade eksemplar af en "wiki" til luxcal.
Hi,
I just installed LuxCal - Seems to be the only one with a clean and effective calendar.
But I do have a question.
When I log in as an admin I see there is a windows "Approve". With events that needs to be approved.
How do I let users/guests the option to send in events that needs to be approved by an admin/manager?
All the best,
Rabalupe
