Ok i think i understand whats happening.
The 'no cat' was the problem.
I don't understand why the 'no cat' is in the Category list.

@Roel, replaced the LuxSoft link (sorry).
Changed ID = 1 to "No cat" and then while making a second appointment this error shows up (3 times):

When adding a new event there is a category list whit ID 1 (Afspraak).
In the list of categories there is no option (for ID 1) to checkmark to set the "overlap time", also no inputfield
where you can edit text for the overlap error.

If i log in (as registered user or admin) i can make double appointments.
A not logged in user can't.

Mmm, i can when i'm loged in as a user make an doubble event (e.a. same time), even if there are more events on the same time.

An option (checkbox) in 'Settings - Appointments' that ensures that no overlapping appointments can be made.
For example:
User A makes an appointment from 16:00 - 17:00, user B (or another user) can't make an appointment at the same time.

Detect browser language and make a choice button to switch between own language or browser language.
Make it for the admin to set this in settings.
