Further to comments below, i am being made to upgrade to php 8 and getting similar error messages.
my units : Lux 5.2; PHP 8.1.3
I'm getting the following error message when loading the calendar :
Deprecated: strpos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated in 'my_web_address'/common/retrieve.php on line 202.
The message appears for every calendar entry, then the calendar is rendered.

Roel,
Thanks - link sent.
Doss
Roel, - thanks for the prompt response.
I'm also using 5.1.0.
Unfortunately the error messages are filling the top bar, where (options / calendar / add / search / menu buttons are and I cannot see (or they are not there) the menu button to access the Settings page.
??

I've just upgraded to PHP 7.4 and am getting the following warnings :-
1) Warning: Cookie paths cannot contain any of the following ',; \t\r\n\013\014' (on line 94 of index.php);
2) Warning: session_name(): Cannot change session name when headers already sent in (line 105);
3) Warning: session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent in (line 106);
4) Warning: session_regenerate_id(): Cannot regenerate session id - session is not active in (line 107);
5) Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at .... web address .... /index.php:94) in ./common/toolbox.php (line 639).
The calendar displays fine, but the error messages fill up the top bar so I can see the login button, etc.
I could revert to the prior PHP version, but that would require much rewriting of other functions (not Luxcal related).
Any insights ??
Many thanks / Doss
Thanks for the swift response. Doss.
Is there a way to import &/or link to a google font and use such font as the base font family ??
Through the UI styling tab I can change to the other base html fonts (arial, verdana, etc). My site has a base font of an imported google font, and it would be neat if easily incorporated into the LuxCal interface.
Thanks for your consideration.

Roel,
Thanks for looking into this, I appreciate it. I had a project which would have been brilliant if it wasn’t completely unworkable. On to something else....

Thanks for the prompt reply. Have changed calendar root index to $calPath = '/'; flushed the browsers cache, etc. and (still) have the same outcome : Full functionality on safari / post successful load; 'Session expired - restart' error message in center of the calendar frame, and 'no session cookie' in the status bar after successful load with edge and chrome.
Team
I have a version of LuxCal successfully working on a server (v4.7.8M - accessible on all browsers). I have another website (completely different server based on mongo / express / vue / NO php), where I use an html /iframe to access the LuxCal calendar from the first website.
The page loads all the details on opening (so flow mysql to server to server works fine), but as soon as I press any button to move view forward / login in as administrator, I get 'PHP session expired, please restart the calendar', and a 'no session cookie' message in the bottom status bar (using chrome or edge browsers.
I would be quite content to be told I was doing something stupid ... but it works (can change pages / login / full functionality) when I use the safari browser on an iPad.
Probably (still) doing something stupid, but I cant work out why it would work through one browser and not others.
Any thoughts
That has fixed it. Many thanks to you both for finding the little devil and making me happy. Best wishes, John.
Again .. thanks ... I do appreciate the help. I do exactly as you say - but the icons appear one over the other (2 lines) - not side by side. Very strange ??
Many thanks for the prompt reply. Your Feb 8th example is exactly the thing I'm trying to do. But …. what is the separator between the thumbnail names [tn.ext .. ?? .. tn.ext] in the description box ?? I can have two thumbnails in the description box :-
tn.ext
tn.ext
… again show on different lines.
I'm sure it's obvious - to everyone - except me (alas).
Regards
Is it possible to display two (or more) thumbnails on the same/one line?? I know I can put one thumbnail in 'description' input, and another in 'more' input, but these display as two lines. I was hoping to position a number of thumbnails on the same line. Thanks
