Topic: changing admin sign in

my calendar has been wiped of info somehow and i can not sign into the admin to see what happened or to restore database or do anything to the calendar.

I have version 4.75.

how can i change the admin password or create a new admin for calendar so i can access the admin side thru the databse config file.

i have tried to go thru the forgot password option but i am getting the message no valid email/password.

but in the sql file it shows this info as still there and correct, any help will be appreciated.

Hmmm, are you using the MySQL version or the SQLite version of the calendar?
Without admin rights, you cannot create a new admin account.

Apparently you have a .sql backup file of the calendar database. Could you send this file to me by email (via the Contact Us page), or at least the part where the 'users' table is created and populated.
I will then check if this part is correct and if necessary add a new admin user to it, which you can then import.

thank you for your help, i copied and pasted the users info into the message box in the contact us page as requested.
