Topic: New categorie, schedule disappear ...

Hi,

I create a new category and give all rights on it (see/add/edit etc) to an existing group.
As admin, I see and can change the events, no trouble.
As user of the group, I can no more see the event as soon as it is edited and changed to the new category.
See it again if changed back to a category that was before in the add/edit list of the group.

Tried I suppose eveything, made it again and again ...  always the issue.
Any idea ?

Could you please supply us with a screenshot of the settings for the category?

Hi Hubert,
Could you send me an email with a link to your site and create an admin account for me.
I'm almost sure this is a misunderstanding of how event categories and user groups work.

Ok, with Roel help, we did find the key !
All config was ok but ... but the viewing options did not stick as the new category was not selected by default !
I couldn't see it on my computer as the options are here selected on "all"
And so .. there was an issue ...
So, if you create a new category, check that it is selected in the viewing options ...
